iFind You Close was created in 2019 to be the missing research and speaking coordinating team entrepreneurs, founders and thought leaders need to stay credible and consistent by getting on stages across the globe.
To be honest, the person I had in mind for this service was me… becuase I want to disrupt the speaking industry.
When I started my coaching business, I was encouraged to use speaking to market my services and I thought it would be easy. What I soon discovered was a world in a slight veil of secrecy. Every ask about getting on stage or how to find speaking opportunities was accompanied with a $5,000+ price tag or information that wasn't overly helpful. So, the scientist in me kicked in.
As a former scientist and systems engineer for the US Navy, I wanted to know how. I spent hours searching, evaluating and pitching events to determine what worked.
I landed over 100+ speaking gigs to not only market my business, but to meet the people who booked and hired speakers. I honestly wanted to know what it took to get on stages. Speaking also helped feed my love of traveling the world.
Then I became a speaker coordinator. I got to sit on the other side of the table and book speakers for meetings and events. This knowledge helped me understand what it takes to get noticed fast.
This is why I created iFind You Close… to take the guess work out of getting in front of audiences to market a business consistently. I have given a TEDx talk, emceed events, interviewed on podcasts and featured on television. This is not to brag, but to say, if I can do this… so can you and it does not have to be a secret. I am dedicated to building this agency on giving information that is useful, that is affordable and that makes a difference.
